With the nearest inclusive playground over 2.5 hours away, the Town of Remington is working with HWC Engineering to create a playground for all abilities and all families to enjoy.
With ground-level playground equipment, unique features, and improvements to the existing landscape and park amenities, the Remington Community Park Playground will be a resource for everyone in our communities and the surrounding area for years to come.

Building Something Bigger Than a Playground
When the Town of Remington first announced plans to transform Remington Community Park into a destination featuring a fully inclusive playground, community leaders knew the project would require more than engineering plans and fundraising goals. It would require people who understand that the strongest communities are built when neighbors work together to create opportunities for one another.
That spirit was recently demonstrated through a generous contribution from Titan Construction and company owner Jeremy Scheitlin, a longtime Northern Indiana resident who believes deeply in supporting the communities where his company lives and works.
